Questions we hear at the bench.
- Do I need to buy clubs after a fitting?
- No. You leave with handwritten notes and can take them anywhere.
- How long does a build take?
- Two to three weeks for a set of irons. Putters take three.
- Do you work on clubs bought elsewhere?
- Yes. Most of the repair bench is clubs from other places.
- Can you restore old persimmon woods?
- Often. Hollis will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
- Do you fit left-handers?
- Yes, with left-handed demo clubs.
- Where do I park?
- Behind the building. Ask at the door for the code.
- Are you open on football Saturdays?
- No. Please plan around them.
- Do you take cards?
- Yes, and cash and checks.
